Acid-Resistant Fiberglass with PTFE Membrane Lamination is a high-performance composite fabric engineered for demanding industrial filtration and corrosive environments. The product combines a chemically treated fiberglass base fabric with a laminated expanded PTFE (ePTFE) membrane to provide superior chemical resistance, excellent filtration efficiency, and long service life under continuous exposure to acidic gases, aggressive chemicals, and elevated temperatures.

The PTFE membrane creates a smooth, microporous surface that prevents dust penetration into the fabric, enabling surface filtration with high particulate capture efficiency, low pressure drop, and easy pulse-jet cleaning. The fiberglass substrate provides excellent dimensional stability, high tensile strength, and thermal resistance, making it suitable for baghouse filters operating in harsh industrial conditions.

The material is widely used in cement plants, waste incinerators, non-ferrous metal smelters, chemical processing plants, power generation, fertilizer plants, and acid recovery systems where resistance to sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, and other corrosive media is required.
